WE SHIP FROM BULGARIA,Europe Union. Delivery time is out of our control and we are not responsible for customs/postal delays. We ship within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS of received payment.

EUROPEAN UNION

The total shipping cost is displayed on the Your Shopping Cart page when you select your country. We combine shipping – first item ships to Europe for $6.99 and each additional item, shipped in same package goes for $2.99 .

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Orders to the European Union shipped using standard air mail usually arrive within 8 -15 working days - rarely few days more once dispatched.

We ship registered mail and provide tracking number for the parcels.

REST OF THE WORLD

For countries outside of the European Union, your order is shipped via standard air mail and usually arrives within 15-30 working days once dispatched, longer around Holidays!

We ship registered mail and provide tracking number for the parcels.

We will send you an order confirmation email once you have placed your order and a shipping confirmation email once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order has not arrived within two weeks after the latest estimated delivery date, please let us know!
