EXCHANGING SIZES
If you would like to exchange clothing for a different size, please ensure your goods are returned in original brand new condition. We do not accept returns of any worn or/and washed items. We will accept returns on merchandise as originally sent. Returns accepted within 14 days of the day on which the item was delivered. Restocking fee of  $2.99 will be applied, calculated individually for each purchased item. Buyer is responsible to pay for the cost of returning the item.

OTHER RETURNS
If your order has been damaged in transit or is faulty or incorrect, please get in touch before returning it to us! We can be reached by email at besteesrock@gmail.com , quoting your order number, providing photographs of the item and parcel as received.
