If you are not in when delivery is attempted, a postal notice will be left by our delivery agent explaining what to do next. You are usually given the option to either pick up your parcel from your local Sorting Office or Post Office, or to arrange a new delivery date. If you fail to do this, the parcel will be return to sender as “Unclaimed”. Please note in such cases, we are unable to help and the return will not be our “fault”.
Yes, sure, you can track your order as we ship registered airmail, providing tracking number. Tracking numbers should be automatically e-mailed to you upon the shipping of your item. If you would like to exchange clothing for a different size, please ensure your goods are returned in original brand new condition. We do not accept returns of any worn or/and washed items. We will accept returns on merchandise as originally sent. Returns accepted within 14 days of the day on which the item was delivered. Restocking fee of $2.99 will be applied, calculated individually for each purchased item. Buyer is responsible to pay for the cost of returning the item.
We do require the customer to pay return shipping unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item. If an incorrect or damaged item is sent, we will most probably send replacement or get you refunded.
We do not accept returns on costumes or any worn items. We will accept returns on merchandize as originally sent.

Different items may be printed on different apparel brands, so one sizing chart will not suffice. We do state average fitting instructions based on the measurements provided by the brand/supplier. However, this isn't 100% for all our customers. If that is the case for you, we do accept returns!
